The KAINOS Journal
Welcome to The KAINOS Journal
A space for faith, Scripture, reflection and the stories behind KAINOS.
Here, we share honest thoughts, biblical encouragement and meaningful conversations rooted in Christ, while exploring what faith looks like in everyday life.
More than clothing, this is a place for renewal, purpose and walking with Jesus.

Issue #01
A time for reflection and growth
In the busyness of everyday life, it can be easy to lose sight of God’s presence. Our minds fill up with work, plans, pressure, notifications and everything we feel like we need to sort out next.
Sometimes, without even realising it, we spend so much time trying to stay in control that we forget to simply be with God.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
That verse is simple, but powerful. Being still doesn’t mean ignoring your responsibilities or doing nothing. It means creating space to remember who God is and trusting that we don’t have to carry everything on our own.
God is present in the big moments, but He is also there in the ordinary ones — the quiet drive home, the walk to work, the difficult conversation, the good day, the bad day and everything in between.
This week, try giving God a few quiet minutes each day. Put the phone down, step away from the noise, pray honestly and listen. You don’t need perfect words. Just come to Him as you are.
Whatever this week brings, keep your eyes on Christ. Trust Him with what you can’t control, thank Him for what you have, and remember that you are never walking through life alone.
Take a moment. Be still. God is here.

The Heart Behind KAINOS
Meet Jaydon
Meet Jaydon, the founder of KAINOS. His journey began with a renewed faith in Christ and a desire to create something that reflected that change.
KAINOS was born from the idea of combining faith with streetwear creating clothing that looks fresh, carries real meaning, and gives people a natural way to represent what they believe.
What started as a simple idea has become a journey of building something with Christ at the centre, one design at a time.
KAINOS comes from the Greek word καινός (kainos), meaning new, fresh, renewed, or new in quality and nature.
In the New Testament, KAINOS is used to describe something that is not simply new because it has recently appeared, but something that has been fundamentally renewed — changed in its very nature.
That meaning sits at the heart of the brand.
In 2 Corinthians 5:17, Scripture says:
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
The word used for “new” is kainos. It speaks of the transformation that takes place through Christ — not simply improving the old, but becoming something genuinely new.
That idea is also reflected in Ezekiel 36:26:
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”
This verse became a major inspiration behind KAINOS and the meaning behind our heart symbol. It paints a picture of transformation from within — God replacing what is hardened with something living, renewed and responsive to Him.
That is what KAINOS represents to me personally. My own faith brought a sense of renewal, direction and purpose into my life, and I wanted the brand to reflect that journey.
KAINOS is about leaving the old behind and walking forward with Christ. It is about renewal, transformation and becoming new through Him.
The clothing is only one part of the story. Every piece is designed to act as a reminder of something deeper — that through Jesus, we are given a new heart, a new purpose and a new way to live.
